Varela

We venture to say that Varela is the most famous of the beaches of our land, because almost all Guineans remember that at some point in their lives they have walked along its long white sand or in that endless sea.

On your trip to Varela you might be lucky to be Lumo (fair) day in Ingoré, a village on the way to São Domingos, stop, and see the diversity of products that these very traditional fairs offer.

The road to Varela is followed from Bissau towards São Domingos, north of the country, will be approximately 3 hours of way, not by the distance, but by the conditions of the road. When you get there you will see that it was worth the trip time.
